January and February - $150 per night, 2 night minimum.
Other off season months - $195 per night, 2 night minimum.

Peak Season:
Apply May 20 thru Sept. 30, 2009, Thanksgiving week and December 15 through Jan 1, 2010.
$1500 per week.
$50 per week per guest above 6 guests.
$15 per night per guest above 6 guests.
Rates include Barb's Pies & Pastries, favorites of our guests! (Not available during holiday season.)
Motorhome hookup, Seashell only, $115, 110 Volt, 20 amp service. Price is based on double occupancy, additional guests staying in motor home, $20 each per stay.
Prices are in USD and do not include 10.5% sales tax or refundable security deposit. Deposits vary by length of stay and # of guests, generally from about $75 to $200. Deposit is also used to hold your reservation. Full payment due in advance.
