At nearly 1,500 square feet the cottage is especially good for families and extended families or small groups. The configuration of the cottage, however, allows for the living room to be closed off from two of the bedrooms and family room to make a cozy abode for two.

Seashell Cottage (sleeps 11) is roomy with an open living, dining area with lots of sunshine. The kitchen with ceramic top range, double oven, and marble countertops adjoins the public rooms. Inviting family room has 2nd Vizio TV and BlueRay / DVD player. There's a relaxing seasonal sunroom for more lounging room and a place to put those sandy treasures from the beach. French doors lead out to the large BBQ, backyard and picnic table. Three comfortable bedrooms with versatile sleeping configurations plus a huge, fully fenced yard complete this cottage.
