Seashell Cottage is a vintage Birch Bay cottage, that, in historical Birch Bay fashion has been expanded over the years. As near as we can tell, this cottage was constructed in the 1920's or early 1930's.

In typical Birch Bay fashion, Lora's Cottage has had auxillary living quarters built on the property. We have named these quarters "Blackbird Cottage".
